Tree Of Life Request Form

The Tree of Life is in the atrium of the Myung and Young Sim Song Elevator Pavilion in Upper McShain Hall. This sculpture is made of cast bronze and acrylic. Each leaf (and the boulders at the base of the tree) can be engraved with the name of a loved one, a friend or fellow retreatant ... someone who touched your life in a special way ... someone you wish to honor ... or remember.

Following is the contribution I would like to make to The Tree of Life.
