This eight day retreat for sister’s of all orders provides time for Daily Mass, Morning and Evening Prayers, Eucharistic Adoration, Daily Conferences, Sacrament of Reconciliation and Rosary. You can also schedule time for Spiritual Direction.

Take time from your busy schedule to stop and open your mind and heart through prayer and reflection. Walk the grounds and enjoy the beauty that God has provided along with the many shrines and various Stations of the Cross. Many of our 2022 attendees shared how much they loved the retreat and plan to attend again so be sure to register early!

Retreat Directors and Speakers

Retreat Director

Fr. Douglas McKay

Fr. McKay is a nationally-recognized retreat director, author and evangelist. He became a priest in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in 1982, and later founded Our House Ministries, a recovery-based ministry group located in Grays Ferry, Philadelphia. The Ministry is dedicated to helping those who are dependent on alcohol or drugs, who are depressed, or who have turned to crime. He has previously served as Chaplain for Holy Family Home and worked with Little Sisters of the Poor. Fr. McKay was awarded the St. Rita Peace Award in 2015.

Fr. Vincent Guest

Father Guest, currently pastor of Sacred Heart in Camden was the pastor at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Lindenwold, from 2016-202. He previously served as pastor of the Parish of Holy Cross, Bridgeton, 2013-16, after serving as parochial vicar there for a year.

Born in Philadelphia, Father Guest studied at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary, Philadelphia; Temple University Law School; and the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government.

He was ordained May 19, 2012, at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Glassboro, by Bishop Joseph A. Galante.

As a civil lawyer, he practiced immigration, family and housing law in South Jersey before becoming a priest.

Fr. Peter Welsh

Fr. Welsh’s bio will be updated when we receive more information.  Currently he is the Parochial Vicar at St. Helena’s parish in Philadelphia.
