Retreat Director
Fr. Dennis J.W. O’Donnell, Ph.D.
Fr. O’Donnell served as the Rector of Malvern Retreat House Rector from 1989 to 2006. His impressive career also includes serving as Coordinator of Integrated Health Services at Holy Redeemer Health System, pastor at Maternity BVM Parish and a chaplain at Philadelphia State Mental Hospital, traveling to Honduras to found the orphanage Amigos de Jesus, serving as the assistant superintendent for Catholic Education in Philadelphia, earning a Ph.D. from Fordham University, and teaching at Cardinal Dougherty High School.
