A New Retreat Promises Joy

For the first time, Malvern Retreat House and Stewardship Family of Ministries will be collaborating on a new retreat entitled, The Joy of Restoration, scheduled for August 3-5, 2018.

This retreat will feature nationally acclaimed speakers and experts from disciplines and perspectives such as:  Damon Owens, founder of Joytob, marriage, family and Theology of the Body expert.  Devin Schadt, Founder, Fathers of St. Joseph, David Abel, entrepreneur and evangelist, founder of DAS, Inc. and Stewardship:  A Mission of Faith, Megan Murphy, women’s and parenting expert, Dr. Peter Kleponis, clinical psychologist, marriage and family therapist, Msgr. William King, theological expert on personal restoration and spiritual healing, Marty Rotella, three-time Grammy nominee and evangelist.

Some of the themes to be addressed during the retreat will address  restoration in terms of:  impediments to evangelization and spiritual flourishing, forgiveness and accountability, relationships with God and others, mercy and healing.
