Radio Maria USA Program

On Tuesday, February 7, 2017, 5:00 p.m-6:00pm Eastern time, we will introduce a new program to Radio Maria, presented by two inspirational hosts, Mark Poletunow and Michael Norton.  Mark is the President of Malvern Retreat House in Malvern, Pennsylvania, which is the largest Catholic retreat house in the United States.  He has a background of more than 25 years in non-profit leadership and an MA in Theology from the Washington Theological Union.  Mark has worked for many years serving and advocating for the Latino community in the Archdiocese of Washington.  He has been instrumental in spearheading a number of relief efforts to affected people in several Latin American countries.  Formerly a Catholic priest and Capuchin Franciscan friar, after years of personal discernment, received dispensation and laicization from the Vatican.  Subsequently, he met and married his wife, Margalita.  They are fully involved in their Catholic faith community, together with their adopted twin daughters.  Co-host, Michael Norton, is Vice President of Institutional Advancement for Malvern Retreat House.  Prior to joining Malvern, he was the founder of a Philadelphia based advertising/public relations firm.  In 2011, Michael sold the agency to begin serving the Lord at Malvern Retreat House.  Michael is the past President and a current member of the Board for the Philadelphia Archdiocese Men’s Spirituality Conference, which attracts over 1500 men.  Born and raised in Wallingford, PA, Michael and his wife of 29 years, Leslie, are blessed with a daughter and son, both adopted from Korea.
