Catherine J. Frompovich

Catherine Frompovich has been a widow since August 27, 2005 and wrote a book about the journey a bereaved spouse embarks upon during grieving the loss of his or her spouse.The book is titled “Lord, How Can I Make It Through Grieving My Loss.” Catherine came to the realization of what she calls “Obedience of the Mind: Let go; let God.”  She shares how her faith and trust that she would overcome grief with God’s help made all the difference in coping with and managing grief.

Now retired, Catherine enjoyed an exciting career as a consumer health researcher, practicing nutrition consultant and health rights advocate since the late 1970s. Catherine’s latest book is Eat to Beat Disease, Foods Medicinal Qualities, which was published in July of 2016.
