Deacon David Schaffer

Deacon David Schaffer was ordained a permanent deacon in May 1986. He currently serves at Saint John Neumann Parish. Deacon David is a graduate of Neumann University with a Master’s degree in pastoral counseling and a Master’s degree in religious studies from Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary. Deacon David worked for many years at the Archdiocesan Office Center in the areas of Family Life, Respect Life and Evangelization.  Deacon Schaffer and his wife Mary, now deceased, raised two children, and he has two grandsons.
