Deacon Tom Verna

Deacon Tom Verna was ordained a Permanent Deacon in 2020. He is assigned to serve at St Andrew the Apostle Parish in Drexel Hill, PA. Deacon Tom serves in many ways at St Andrews and in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.  Some of the highlights are preaching weekly during Sunday Masses, Spiritual Direction for the St Vincent dePaul society and Master of Ceremonies fort the Bishops during Confirmation. Deacon Tom is married to his wife Nicky for 30 years and has four young adult children. He practices dentistry in the Philadelphia area where he has received many awards locally and nationally.  Deacon Tom was awarded a Master of Theology from St Charles Borromeo Seminary with honors. Deacon Tom is a Man of Malvern.
