Fr. Matthew Palkowski, OFM Cap

Fr. Matthew was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in the suburbs.  He received an BA in Finance from Michigan State University.  He was working at the Smithsonian in Washington DC when he joined the Capuchins.  He has an STB from The Catholic University of America, and he was ordained in 2005.

Fr. Matthew has worked as a parish priest in Washington DC and in Philadelphia, PA.  He has also served as a hospital chaplain in Harrisburg, PA.  Fr. Matthew is currently the chaplain at the city jail in Philadelphia.
