Fr. Philip Lowe, Ed.D.

Fr. Lowe has a Doctor of Education degree from Temple University in Philadelphia and both a Master of Divinity degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia. He serves as the University Chaplain and assistant professor for Neumann University in Aston, PA. He previously served as director of the Doctor of Education program at Neumann and as the Director of the Newman Center at Temple. In addition, Father was previously the principal of St. Pius X High School in Pottstown and served in several other educational roles over the years.
