Fr. Bill Gabriel, OSA

Fr. Bill Gabriel, OSA is an Augustinian friar and priest of the Province of St. Thomas of Villanova. He currently serves as Head of Mission & Ministry at Malvern Preparatory School in Malvern, PA (an Augustinian, Catholic, Independent School for young men in grades 6-12), where he also teaches theology.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, he earned his B.A. in Theology at Villanova University (2014), joined the friars in 2015, and professed solemn vows in 2020. Upon completing his M.Div. in Theology and Ministry at the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago, IL, he was ordained to the priesthood in June 2021 and served as Associate Pastor at St. Thomas of Villanova Parish at Villanova University. With a recent MA in Independent School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University (NY), Fr. Bill is interested in ways to bring alive the mission of Augustinian education and is passionate about motivating and encouraging the critical value of Catholic schools and their educators for today’s young people and world. He is an avid Villanova and New England sports fan and enjoys all things outdoors – hiking, cycling, running, and the shore.
