Corpus Christi and Blessed Carlo Acutis: A Modern Witness to the Eucharist
June 1, 2026
The Feast of Corpus Christi — the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ — is one of the Church’s most beautiful celebrations. It reminds Catholics that Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist: Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. More than a symbol, the Eucharist is Christ Himself, given to us in love at every Mass.
For many Catholics, Corpus Christi is a time for Eucharistic processions, Adoration, and prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. It is also an opportunity to reflect on the saints and holy people who dedicated their lives to deepening devotion to the Eucharist.

One of the most inspiring modern examples is Blessed Carlo Acutis. Though he lived in the age of computers and smartphones, Carlo’s heart was centered on Christ in the Eucharist. He famously called the Eucharist “the highway to Heaven.”
Carlo attended daily Mass whenever possible, spent time in Eucharistic Adoration, and encouraged others to recognize the gift of Jesus truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. Using his computer skills, he created a website documenting Eucharistic miracles from around the world, helping many rediscover faith in the Real Presence of Christ.
His life reminds us that holiness is possible in every generation. In a fast-moving digital world filled with distractions, Blessed Carlo showed that peace, purpose, and joy are found in Christ.
As we celebrate Corpus Christi, we are invited to follow Carlo’s example by making time for prayer, Mass, and quiet moments with Jesus in the Eucharist. Whether through attending Adoration, participating in a procession, or simply sitting in silence before the tabernacle, Corpus Christi calls us back to the heart of our Catholic faith.
Our Mission: Rooted in the Catholic Faith, we provide retreats, programs, and events to help people deepen their relationship with Christ and find peace, hope, and healing.
